"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1" has reached an astounding $220.3 million domestic haul. The film brought in $76.3 million over the 5-day extended holiday weekend, continuing its run as the most successful "Potter" film to date.

Box-Office Update: 'DH: Part 1' takes $125.1 million weekend haul 
"Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1" had a magical weekend at the box-office. While it has failed to reach the November box-office record, it has shattered the "Potter" record with a $125.1 million opening weekend, surpassing the previous $102.7 million mark of "Goblet of Fire."

Box-Office Update: 'DH: Part 1' snatches $61.2 million opening day 
Preliminary box-office reports are showing "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1" opening-day haul to be $61.2 million, the most in the franchise thus far. The film is also on pace to make an attempt at the all-time November box-office record, chasing "Twilight: New Moon" which brought in $142.8 million.

The results are in from the potentially record-setting next-to-last installment of the "Potter" franchise, with Variety reporting "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1" has garnered $24 million from midnight runs at 3,700 screenings.
